Mark Friedl

Mark Friedl has a strong background in data, analytics, and research. Mark is currently working as the Chief Data Officer at Kramp since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the same position at Alliander from 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Business Intelligence, Process & Information Management at CCV from 2020 to 2021. Mark also has experience as a senior Director of BI/Data Analytics at Office Depot from 2016 to 2020 and as the Director of Business Planning & Forecasting at Liberty Global in 2015. Earlier in their career, Mark held positions such as Global Market Intelligence Director at De Lage Landen from 2008 to 2015, Global Risk Manager and Global Research & Innovation Manager at Mars from 2000 to 2008, and Research Manager Europe at R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company from 1997 to 1999. Mark started their career as a Research Manager at Procter & Gamble in 1995.

Mark Friedl attended Nyenrode Business University from 2021 to 2022, completing a Masterclass in Digital Leadership. Prior to that, they studied at Radboud University from 1988 to 1993, earning a Master's degree in Social & Organizational Psychology. In 1993 and 1994, they also completed a Business Strategy Management course at Radboud University. Later, in 2011 and 2012, Mark Friedl pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at the University of California.
