At KREA USA, we’re transforming the housing landscape in South Florida by providing high-quality, sustainable housing solutions. Specializing in affordable and workforce housing, we integrate cutting-edge construction techniques with a focus on community development. As an integrated real estate development and construction company, we manage every phase of our projects—from concept to completion—ensuring seamless execution and cost-effective, high-quality results.

Our mission is to meet the growing demand for affordable housing in South Florida, creating resilient, energy-efficient communities that are both affordable and adaptable to climate change. We’re proud to use innovative methods, such as aluminum formwork and our in-house concrete plant, to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize our environmental impact.

By self-performing critical construction phases, we have greater control over quality, timelines, and budgets, ultimately delivering projects faster and more efficiently. Our approach is designed to benefit both residents and stakeholders, driving positive long-term impact on the communities we serve.
