Mona Eid

Mona Eid has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mona is currently employed at Kredinor since 2018, where they hold the position of Group Legal Officer. Prior to this role, Mona worked as an Advokat and Compliance Officer at Kredinor. Before their time at Kredinor, they served as an AML Risk Manager at Danske Bank Corporates and Institutions from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Mona worked at EVRY, where they held various roles including Seksjonsleder, Produktsjef, Advokat MNA, and Avdelingsleder from 2011 to 2016. Mona also has experience as a Driftsstyreleder at Hartvig Nissens Videregående Skole and as a Medlem Skatteklagenemnda at Skatt Øst. Mona has also worked as a Konsulent at Capgemini, an Advokatfullmektig, Soussjef, and Avdelingssjef at SG Finans AS, and an Avdelingssjef at Elcon Finans. Mona started their career in 1999 as a Varamedlem at Oslo Bystyre. Overall, Mona Eid has a solid background in legal and compliance roles, with experience in leadership positions as well.

Mona Eid started their education in 1996 at the University of Oslo (UiO), where they pursued a degree in Juss and completed it in 2003. In 2007, they enrolled at the BI Norwegian Business School and completed an Executive Master of Management degree in 2015, focusing on Endringsledelse, prosjektledelse, strategisk forretningsutvikling og innovasjon. Mona returned to BI Norwegian Business School in 2021 for the BI Executive - Masterprogram, specializing in Governance: Risikostyring, compliance og internrevisjon, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, they pursued two individual courses at the University of Oslo in 2018 and 2017, focusing on Privacy and Data Protection and Finansmarkedsrett, respectively.
