Max Isaykin

Head of Sales and Marketing at Kreditech

Max Isaykin has had a varied career in sales, marketing and business development. Max began their career in 2009 as an Assistant in the Planning Department of RussBank, where they were responsible for forecasting and planning for branches of the bank, as well as conducting marketing planning. In 2010, they completed an internship in the Corporate Strategy Department of SAP and a consulting project for 3M, the aim of which was to gain a broader and deeper understanding of Russia's market potential. In 2011, they worked in the Consulting and Valuation Department of Maris Properties in association with CBRE, and also completed a consulting project for Lenta, the main goal of which was to derive recommendations for Hypermarket Lenta on modern approaches and information technologies for retail demand management. From 2012 to 2015, they were employed by Lamoda Group, first as Business Development Manager and then as Head of International Marketing Projects, where they introduced marketing of Lamoda.kz and Lamoda.ua from scratch and prepared the launch of Lamoda in other countries. In 2015, they became CMO of Selectel, and in 2016 they were appointed Head of Sales and Marketing at Kreditech Holding SSL GmbH.

Max Isaykin obtained their Bachelor degree in Economics from the State University - Higher School of Economics in 2009. Max then pursued a Master in International Business from the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University from 2009 to 2011. In 2010, they also obtained a Master degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from the University of Mannheim. In 2015, they received a Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ) certification from Google.
