Ernest Joubert

Ernest Joubert has served as a member of the board of directors since February 2021. Over 30 years, Mr. Joubert held a variety of positions with increasing responsibility at Sun International, before founding Peermont Global Pty Ltd (formerly Global Resorts) with the backing of Rand Merchant Bank Holdings (now FirstRand) with a target capital base of R1Bn ($70M+). Ernest ultimately served as Chief Executive Officer of Peermont Global from its inception through to 2006 after the company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange in 2004.
