Sandeep Soni

Sandeep Soni has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 1993, they worked as a Product Head at Mattel, before moving on to become a Manager at Standard Chartered Bank from 1995 to 1997. Sandeep then joined Citi, where they held multiple positions including Head of Branch Network in India, Country Director of Consumer Finance, and Managing Director & CEO of Consumer Finance India.

In 2008, Sandeep became the Chief Executive Officer of Citi-Reliance Retail Finance, a joint venture company. Sandeep then served as the President of Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company Limited in 2010, specializing in Mortgage Portfolios and Real Estate Assets.

From 2011 to 2013, Sandeep worked as the Group Finance Director at Asia MotorWorks Ltd, and from 2013 to 2018, they were the Chief Operating Officer at Unique Business Systems. In 2017, they joined the Blank Center for Entrepreneurship as a Board Member.

Most recently, in 2018, Sandeep became the President & CEO of Kringle.ai. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in areas such as special situations, M&A, asset reconstruction, turnaround of companies, securitization, and acquisition and sale of distressed assets.

Sandeep Soni completed a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications from Jabalpur Engineering College from 1986 to 1991. Sandeep then pursued further education and obtained an MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi from 1991 to 1993.
