Amanda Cox

Amanda Cox has worked as a teacher at Mountaineer Montessori School. Amanda has also served as a Certified 200 hr Kripalu yoga instructor at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health since 2010. Prior to that, they were a Köchin (chef) at Just Desserts starting from December 2008.

Amanda Cox's education history includes various academic experiences. In 2008, they attended the King Arthur Baking Education Center to specialize in International Pastries. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1984, Amanda pursued their undergraduate studies at Uniwersytet w Białymstoku, earning a degree in History/Art History. In addition, from 1980 to 1982, they attended WVU/Cornell University, focusing on German and history, where they also obtained a degree in History.
