Mane D. serves as the Senior Manager of People at Krisp since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading the People team, aligning departmental goals with company objectives, and developing strategies for employee engagement and talent retention. Previously, Mane held the role of Senior People Experience Partner, providing guidance on organization design, talent data analysis, and employee relations. Prior experience includes serving as a People Experience Partner at Ameriabank CJSC and as a Recruiter at Alfa-Pharm, focusing on talent acquisition and managing the full hiring process. Mane holds dual bachelor's degrees in Business from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) and French University of Armenia, completed in 2016.
