Patrick Grismer is a board director and former Fortune 150 CFO who retired in 2021 after a 36-year career in finance, including nine years as a public-company CFO for global consumer brands. They currently serve on the boards of Deckers Brands and Krispy Kreme, with audit committee responsibilities. They also held senior financial leadership roles at Yum! Brands, The Walt Disney Company, Ride & Show Engineering, Inc., Starbucks, and EY, and they served on Panera Bread’s board (Board Chair June 2024–April 2025; Lead Independent Director Sept 2023–June 2024; Chair, Audit Committee July 2023–November 2024). They earned a BS in Accounting from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
