2021/22 to the “new now” supporting art & culture. With a throwback to our 60s/70s vibe and originally designed as a private house by my father, my team and I will welcome guests in an intimate club setting with limited bed rooms available including an unlimited gastronomy concept and lots of privacy. It is fun, it is original and it is about Austria and creating new memories.“ Gertrud Schneider

I compare Four Seasons, Dorchester Group or Oetker Collection hotels to designers like Gucci, Prada and Armani. And the KRISTIANIA LECH I compare to the tailor, you find in a little side street in Milano, who is specialized in making custom suits. This is why, the bespoke KL experience is a different kind of experience. It is not like we are trying to be different; we are just trying to be ourselves in a way that matters to our guests. We do have personality. We want to interact and engage with guests in a sensible and meaningful way. While visiting a tailor, you are spending time picking out fabric and creating your own style. I want to create the same experience with guests when they engage with the hotel from the first telephone call to the thank you note they will find at home after their departure.
