Kristin Goodwin Consulting is a private advisory firm for senior leaders whose decisions carry real consequence.

The firm serves CEOs, founders, and senior executives operating at the highest levels of leadership. Leaders running high-performing organizations or carrying responsibility for outcomes that cannot afford to be approximate. Clients span adventure, technology, healthcare, and private equity. Industries where unclear thinking is not abstract.

The work is delivered through the StillPoint Methodology, a five-phase sequence that restores precision to how leaders think, decide, and lead under pressure. It helps senior leaders see what others miss, recalibrate under pressure, align their executive teams, sharpen execution, and build organizations that hold together without depending on one person.

Engagements are intentionally limited. Clients work directly with founder Kristin Goodwin, a retired USAF Brigadier General, former Chief of Staff of U.S. Space Operations Command, and Pentagon advisor with an active TS / SCI clearance. The firm brings the same standard to its clients that its founder brought to environments where there was no margin for error.

Kristin is also a sought-after keynote speaker on leadership, decision-making under pressure, and the discipline required to lead at the highest altitudes of responsibility.

The firm publishes the StillPoint Leadership Guide, a quarterly letter sharing insights for executives in adventure, outdoor, retail, technology, and tourism on breaking through progress and profit plateaus.

Recognized by Private Company Director magazine as a 2025 Director to Watch.

Based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Serving clients across the United States and internationally.
