For the last 12 years I have been known as Kristy James, an award-winning singer/songwriter, performer and business owner. Although I have enjoyed a successful music career, I have always wanted to help people! I struggled with undiagnosed ADHD until last year... that's 38 years! But I began a personal development journey 8 years ago and completely turned my life around. 

A vocal coach and music career coach I decided I wanted to go the whole way and be a life coach too!
