The Kriya Lightning Foundation is a HK-based non-profit organisation that supports people to live in peace, inner freedom, and happiness. We offer all our teachings, classes, and retreats free of charge to ensure that tools for mental & emotional wellness are accessible to all.

We offer practical methods to train the mind and body to let go of attachments and resistances through meditative techniques. Our Open Awareness technique is a culmination of 10 years of refinement, designed with goals to help increase clarity and meet emotional challenges with proven results as seen in testimonials from our global community.
