Willie Patterson

Willie Patterson has a diverse work experience in the maintenance and engineering field. Willie started their career in 2013 at Smithfield Foods as a Refrigeration/Boiler Maintenance professional, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Sellars Wipers & Sorbents as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on production assets. In 2018, Willie joined Kroeschell Inc. as a Building Engineer.

Willie Patterson completed their Associate's degree in Engineering at Milwaukee Area Technical College, starting in 2013 and finishing in 2016. In the same year, they also began pursuing an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they completed in 2015.
