Lauri Saari

Lauri Saari is currently serving as Counsel at Krogerus, specializing in banking and finance. With prior experience as an Associate at Borenius and Roschier, Attorneys Ltd., Lauri has engaged in various domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisition financing and corporate lending. They have also held positions as a Legal Trainee at the Turku Court of Appeal and as a Legal Adviser in Securities Law at Nordea. Lauri holds a Master of Laws from the University of Turku and is pursuing multiple degrees at Åbo Akademi.
