Paul Raade

Paul Raade has extensive legal experience, currently serving as a Partner at Krogerus since January 2012, where roles have included Counsel, Senior Associate, and Associate. Previous experience includes a position as Associate Trainee and Thesis Trainee at Attorneys at law Borenius Ltd from June to December 2011, and as an Associate Trainee at Krogerus Attorneys Ltd for part of 2011. Additionally, Paul gained experience as a Senior Trainee and Junior Trainee at Attorneys at law Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd from November 2008 to August 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Governance and Practice from Stanford Law School (2015-2016) and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law from the University of Helsinki (2006-2011), along with studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010.
