Angela Ferrante

Angela Ferrante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims administration and legal practice. Currently serving as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Kroll Settlement Administration since April 2021, Angela oversees all business operations. Prior to this role, Angela was Chief Operating Officer at Arden Claims Service, where responsibilities included managing finance, human capital, administration, and legal functions. Angela also held the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Garden City Group, overseeing operations for the company’s New York team. Earlier in Angela's career, experience as an Associate Attorney at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP involved financial restructuring and bankruptcy litigation. Angela began as a Law Clerk for Hon. Thomas B. Donovan in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California. Angela holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in English and American Literature from New York University.
