Anthony Amitrano is the Global Head of Tax for Kroll and is a member of the extended leadership team. As an in-house tax accountant, he works closely with the firm’s leadership and business leaders. Mr. Amitrano has over 17 years of experience in tax, specializing in both corporate and partnership taxation with extensive experience in acquisition and divestiture planning and international tax planning and restructuring. He is both a CPA and a CFA charterholder.
