Benjamin Wiles

Benjamin Wiles is a Managing Director in Kroll’s Restructuring practice, based in London, with over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and insolvency. They are a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Fellow Chartered Accountant, having led complex engagements across various sectors, including retail, leisure, and renewable energy. Benjamin oversaw significant projects such as the redevelopment of Dreamland Margate and the strategic administration of PaintWell, and they managed efforts that recovered over £285 million in a notable asset-based lending fraud case. Previously, Benjamin served as a Director at RMG Partners Business Solutions from 2002 to 2007. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Sydney from 1998 to 2000.
