Brian Murphy

Brian Murphy is the Associate Managing Director at Kroll, focusing on cyber and data resilience. Previously, they served as Managing Director for Logically.AI and Vice President for Strategic Operations at Logically, promoting democracy and countering misinformation. They also held the position of Acting Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and were a Senior Executive at the FBI, where they designed national counterterrorism programs. Brian is currently an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and an Affiliate Practice Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh's Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security. They hold a Doctorate from Georgetown University, a Master’s from Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree from William & Mary.
