Brian Sipes

Brian Sipes is the Managing Director of Transaction Advisory Services at Kroll, a position held since 2014 following the company's rebranding from Duff & Phelps. Before this role, Brian was a Managing Director at Duff & Phelps from 2014 to 2022 and held various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Flowserve Corporation, where responsibilities included leading financial analyses and managing corporate development initiatives. Brian began their career as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP and was a founding member of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Houlihan Lokey. Brian earned an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Accounting from Bucknell University.
