Brooks Dexter is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly within the healthcare and business services sectors. Currently serving as a Managing Director at Kroll since September 2007, Brooks has previously held the position of Managing Director at Duff & Phelps Securities, LLC from September 2006 to May 2023, where notable transactions included advising Pacific Ambulance and The ConJoin Group. Prior to this, Brooks led investment banking at USBX Advisory Services and worked at JP Morgan & Co. focusing on industrial companies in the western US. Brooks began a finance career at Lehman Brothers, where the role of Managing Director in Investment Banking was held. Brooks holds an MBA in Finance and an AB in Economics, both from the University of Chicago.
