Catherine Siu is a Senior Transaction Manager in Agency and Trustee Services at Kroll, with extensive experience managing EMEA and APAC transactions. Previously, they held the position of Vice President at Citi, overseeing Issuer Services, and worked as a Solicitor in Debt Capital Markets at Linklaters. Catherine's legal expertise was further developed during their tenure as a Trainee Solicitor at Simmons & Simmons and as an Assistant Vice President in Global Markets at Credit Suisse.
