David Swinkle

David Swinkle, CMI, CRE, serves as a Director at Kroll since April 2019, following a successful tenure as Vice President at Equity Property Tax Group - FaegreBD Consulting from October 2013 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing complex property tax issues nationwide and overseeing substantial tax expenses. Prior to this role, David was Sr. Director of Taxation for General Growth Properties from April 1998 to October 2013, managing the appeal process for 128 regional malls and achieving significant tax savings while supervising over $370 million in annual tax payments. David holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BS in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst University.
