Douglas Wilder

Douglas Wilder is a Director in the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Kroll, where Douglas has been providing M&A buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services for private equity clients, lenders, and strategic clients since January 2018. Prior to Kroll, Douglas served as Director of Transaction Advisory Services at Duff & Phelps until its rebranding to Kroll. Douglas has also held managerial positions at RSM US LLP and EY, and worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte. Douglas began his career as a Tax Intern at Deloitte Tax LLP. Douglas earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from the University of Pittsburgh in 2008.
