Edward Forman

Edward Forman serves as Kroll's executive vice president and Chief Legal and Risk Officer, based in New York. Edward is responsible for managing risks both in our client work and in operating our day-to-day business. Previously, Edward served as general counsel and secretary to the Board of Directors.
