Haitham Bashour

Haitham Bashour is currently engaged in Fixed Asset Advisory Services at Kroll, utilizing cost, market, and income approaches to evaluate asset values while ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP standards. Previously, as a Master Thesis Student at the University of Twente, Haitham contributed academic insights to civil engineering. Experience as a Quantity Surveyor at M1 Group involved AutoCAD drawing creation and efficiency improvements in quantity takeoff processes. A Site Engineer role at Bachour Building Contracting L.L.C showcased leadership in managing project execution and team coordination. Research endeavors at the American University of Beirut included data analysis of construction specifications and development of a training application in augmented reality.
