Hazel Doughty

Hazel Doughty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial management and restructuring. Currently serving as Director at Kroll since January 2023, Hazel previously held the position of Deputy Director for Intensive Support at NHS England from January 2016 to December 2022. Prior roles include Deputy Group Financial Controller and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Laing O'Rourke, as well as various management positions at KPMG, where responsibilities included Independent Business Reviews, financial monitoring, working capital management, and cash flow forecasting. Hazel holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a CPI from BPP Professional Education, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences from Durham University.
