Jackson Peard

Jackson Peard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate advisory services. Currently serving as Vice President of the Real Estate Advisory Group at Kroll since July 2011, Jackson provides analysis and appraisal services for corporate and institutional real estate owners, specializing in valuation, consulting, and litigation support across various property types. Prior to this role, Jackson gained valuable experience as a Brokerage Service Intern at Carter, assisting in market research and marketing material preparation. Jackson also held leadership experience as President of the Sigma Pi Fraternity at the University of Georgia and worked in various roles at Follett Higher Education Group and Dunkin' Brands. Jackson holds a BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
