James Finkel

James Finkel is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in financial consulting and investment management. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor and Managing Director at Kroll since December 2010, Finkel focuses on complex financial instruments, capital markets, and litigation finance initiatives. Previously, Finkel was the CEO of Dynamic Credit Partners, LLC from November 2003 until December 2010, where management of complex debt securities reached a peak of $5 billion. Finkel's academic credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from New York University, an M.Sc. in International Politics from The London School of Economics, a Certificate in Mediation from Harvard Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in World Political Economy from Colorado College.
