James Grogan is a seasoned global trade practitioner currently serving as Managing Director and Co-Leader of Trade & Customs at Kroll. With extensive expertise in Foreign Trade Zones, duty and tariff mitigation strategies, and U.S. customs compliance, James provides regulatory and strategic guidance to a diverse client base, from small businesses to multinational corporations. They co-founded the Texas Association of Foreign Trade Zones and have been actively involved with the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones, where they serve as the Chairman of the Board.
