James Taylor

James Taylor is a highly experienced construction professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Managing Director at Kroll since March 2023, James has previously held significant roles including Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting Asia and Partner at EC Harris, where leadership in the Singapore Contract Solutions team focused on high-quality consulting services throughout South East Asia. Additional experience includes positions as Team Leader at Davis Langdon & Seah (HK), Associate Director at Citex, Senior Surveyor at Bucknall Austin, and Surveyor at Bernard Williams Associates. James holds a BSc(Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of the West of England, earned between 1987 and 1991, and specializes as a Construction Quantum Expert, with expertise in arbitration and court proceedings.
