Jim Waldron

Jim Waldron is a Senior Advisor at Kroll, where they provide innovative bankruptcy administration services. They have over 41 years of experience in the federal court system, including 32 years as Clerk of the US Bankruptcy Court. Waldron served as the Director of the Center for Judicial Studies at Duke Law School and was the former President of the County Mayo Foundation. An accomplished speaker, they have addressed various legal forums and have been an advisor on the National Bankruptcy Rules Committee for a decade. Waldron holds a BA in History Philosophy from St. Vincent College and a JD from Rutgers Law School.
