John Zhang

John Zhang is a seasoned professional in transfer pricing with extensive experience across various industries, including hospitality, petrochemicals, and technology. Currently serving as a Director at Kroll since its rebranding from Duff & Phelps in February 2022, John previously held the role of Director, Transfer Pricing at Duff & Phelps from May 2017 to February 2022, where significant expansions in transfer pricing capabilities were achieved following the acquisition of Quantera Global Asia Holding. Prior to this, John was a Senior Manager at Quantera Global, demonstrating expertise in developing robust transfer pricing models and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions in Asia Pacific. Throughout a career that began with PwC, John's skill set includes strategic project management, collaborative tax efficiency solutions, and a strong foundation in both transfer pricing planning and documentation. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from Fudan University, completed in 2008.
