Jonathan Martin

Jonathan Martin serves as the Managing Director of Valuation Services at Kroll, where responsibilities include sourcing and managing valuation engagements for tax and financial reporting, as well as training and developing staff. Jonathan is also a Board Member and Past President of the Business Valuation Association, which promotes education and collaboration in business valuation. Additionally, Jonathan holds a Board Member and President position at the American Society of Appraisers Chicago Chapter. Previous experience encompasses roles at American Appraisal, Northern Trust Corporation, Houlihan Valuation Advisors, Howe Barnes Investments, and NuStep Inc., with a solid foundation in investment performance analysis and business valuations. Jonathan's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Michigan and an MBA in International Finance and Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business.
