Jose Beceiro is the Director of Site Selection and Incentives Advisory at Kroll, LLC, based in Austin, focusing on energy transition initiatives. With 17 years of experience in business and project development, they have held several key positions, including Senior Director of Global Energy 2.0 at the Greater Houston Partnership and Director of Corporate Relations for Energy and Technology at the University of Texas at Austin. Jose has contributed significantly to the growth of the cleantech industry in Austin and serves on multiple boards, including the Texas Foundation for Innovative Communities and BCarbon. They hold a Master’s Degree in Energy and Earth Resources and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
