Josh Packman has over eight years of experience in the technology and cyber security sectors, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success for EMEA & APAC at Kroll since June 2020. Previous roles at Kroll include Team Lead of Technical Account Management and Senior Technical Account Manager. Prior to joining Kroll, Josh held positions at Redscan, a Kroll Business, as a Cyber Security Engineer and Analyst, and at Computacenter as a 2nd Line Analyst in Operations. Josh began his career at Oracle as a Service Desk Analyst. Education includes a Microsoft Technology Specialist certification obtained from Zenos IT Academy in 2011.
