Junya Igarashi

Junya Igarashi is the Senior Vice President at Kroll K.K., bringing approximately twenty-five years of experience in real estate valuation services for both Japanese and international clients. They have specialized in various purposes, including purchase price allocation, impairment tests, and portfolio valuation. Igarashi holds designations as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Japan and MAI in the U.S., and has contributed to significant publications such as the translation of the International Valuation Standards in 2017. Their career includes leading roles at American Appraisal Japan and Duff & Phelps, where they provided valuation services for high-profile projects, including a JPY 20 billion trophy building in Osaka. Igarashi earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Keio University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
