Mark Coghlan

Mark Coghlan is a Senior Director at Kroll, specializing in quantum expert services and construction dispute resolution. Mark has extensive experience in a variety of sectors including construction, civil engineering, telecommunications, and transportation, having worked on numerous major infrastructure projects globally. Mark served in several roles throughout their career, including Director at Katem Consulting and HKA, as well as Contracts and Projects Surveyor positions at various firms. Mark holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Chartered Institute of Building.
