Mark Rapazzini

Mark Rapazzini is a Senior Director at Kroll Settlement Administration, where they leverage almost 30 years of experience in strategic consulting and litigation. With a background as a trial attorney, Mark has served in various leadership roles, including lead class counsel in MDL proceedings and Special Master for multiple MDL cases. They have also acted as an Independent Adjudicator for agencies such as the DOJ and CFPB, demonstrating expertise in resolving complex settlement administration challenges. Mark holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and is currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley.
