Mazen Hakam

Mazen Hakam currently serves as the Head of TAS and Director at Kroll, where responsibilities include providing expert financial due diligence advice to private equity and strategic buyers, with notable expertise in value negotiation and complex carve-outs. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President and Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services at BDO UK LLP, focusing on financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions, amounting to over 50 deals across various sectors. Earlier career experience includes positions at Deutsche Bank in Transaction Services and as a Tax Analyst. Mazen holds an MSc in Money, Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham and a BA in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from the American University of Beirut, complemented by a French Baccalaureate from Lycée franco-libanais Alphonse de Lamartine.
