Michael Forrest is currently the Director of Settlement Administration at Kroll, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as an attorney at Korein Tillery from 2008 to 2023, during which time they notably represented minor league baseball players in a significant wage-and-hour class action that led to a $185 million settlement. Additionally, they were part of a legal team that successfully recovered over $5 billion from Wall Street investment banks on behalf of a federal government agency, related to misrepresentations in residential-mortgage-backed securities, and achieved over $100 million in settlements against RMBS trustees. Michael earned their Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law between 2004 and 2007.
