Michael Restuccia

Michael Restuccia serves as the Global Controller at Kroll since June 2021, overseeing Global Consolidation, Month End close, and the Global Accounts Payable and Payroll functions for North America. Prior experience includes roles at Covanta as Senior Manager and Manager in Corporate Reporting and Consolidations, where leadership of a six-member team and responsibility for the monthly close and corporate balance sheet reconciliations were key tasks. Previously, at Toys R Us, Michael held positions as Senior Consolidations & Intercompany Accountant and Intercompany Staff Accountant, managing Cash Flow and Equity statements and coordinating international and domestic intercompany billings. Early experience includes a role as Senior Accounting Clerk at GENPACT, focusing on the full accounts receivable lifecycle. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey and an Associate degree from Bergen Community College.
