Michael Weaver

Michael Weaver is a Managing Director at Kroll, where they lead the International Valuation practice. With over 25 years of valuation and advisory experience, they specialize in valuing a wide range of financial assets for purposes such as M&A deals, restructuring, and litigation. Michael has notable expertise as an expert witness in international arbitration and valuation-related court cases. Prior to their current role, they held leadership positions at American Appraisal and Gravitas Partners, among others. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from St Andrews University.
