Narinder Walia

Narinder Walia is a seasoned finance and economics professional with extensive experience in securities litigation, valuation, and financial consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Director at Kroll since July 2025, previous roles include Managing Director at StoneTurn and Financial Economist at Crowninshield Financial Research, where projects included analyzing public and private securities data and executing significant engagements. Narinder has also worked as an Independent Consultant for Coherent Economics LLC and The Wonderful Company LLC, leading a digital transformation project focused on cloud-based technology and business process re-engineering. With a foundational career at Charles River Associates, Narinder has participated in over 150 assignments across diverse industries. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
