Nick Baker

Nick Baker is an international trade compliance professional currently serving as the Managing Director and Co-Leader of Trade & Customs at Kroll. With a robust background in import compliance, export controls, and economic sanctions, they assist clients in developing trade compliance programs and navigating regulatory frameworks. Prior to their role at Kroll, Nick held positions as Managing Director and Senior Director at FTI Consulting and has experience as a Senior Associate and Associate Attorney in U.S. trade law practices. Nick earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University.
