Pedro Rodriguez

Pedro Rodriguez is the Managing Director and Iberia Transaction Advisory Services Leader at Kroll, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate transactions, financing, and restructuring. Their expertise covers the entire deal lifecycle, and they have worked with corporate clients and private equity houses internationally, delivering financial due diligence and coordinating cross-functional teams. Prior to joining Kroll in 2025, Pedro held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, including Partner and Risk Management Leader, and they began their career at Coopers & Lybrand and PwC. Pedro holds an EMBA from Esade and a Licenciado in Economics and Business from the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela.
