Raphael E. Newman is a managing director and leader of the Transaction Advisory Services practice at Kroll in New York. With over 35 years of transaction experience, they have advised clients across various industries, leading transactions valued at more than $100 billion. Prior to their current role, they served as a partner at Arthur Andersen, a director at Home Box Office, and held management positions at Viacom and Deloitte. Raphael also continues to enhance their education at Yeshiva University and NYU Stern School of Business.
