Richard Phelps

Richard Phelps is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Kroll, where roles have included Associate Managing Director, Senior Director, Director, Associate Director, Senior Analyst, and Analyst since February 2011. Prior to this, Richard served as a Research Fellow at The Quilliam Foundation from July 2010 to January 2011, focusing on Islamic affairs and producing research papers and reports. Richard holds a Master of Studies in Middle Eastern Politics from the University of Oxford (2009-2010) and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Arabic (Oriental Studies) from the same institution (2005-2009). Additionally, Richard studied Arabic Language at Damascus University from 2006 to 2007.
