Richard Rogers

Richard (Damon) Rogers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business and intangible asset valuations. Currently serving as a Director at Kroll since the company's rebranding from Duff & Phelps in February 2021, Richard held the same position at Duff & Phelps from April 2012 to February 2021. Prior to this, Richard was a Senior Manager at American Appraisal Associates from February 1998 to April 2012. Richard's career began in the US Army, where Richard served as a Specialist E-4 and Russian Linguist from April 1990 to April 1994. Richard holds an MBA in International Business from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, attained between 1996 and 1998, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Osterholz in 1987.
